First off, I just want to say congratulations! You have worked so hard and your final year of school is finally here! Graduate photos capture this incredible time in your life as you finish this chapter strong!
The booking process:
Book the date
If you have not received your cap and gown but already know when it is expected, simply book for a few days after the expected delivery of your cap and gown. This will allow for extra time in case your cap and gown is delayed or if it will require alterations.
The location
I offer Studio or Outdoor sessions. In the booking process you will have the opportunity to let me know your preference and additional details. For my outdoor sessions I prefer to shoot during the golden hour which is about 1.5 hour before sunset. So when booking, please select the last time slot available and once I receive your booking retails, I will follow up with an updated time. If you are booking for a Studio session and you need an afternoon session time, do the same process of selecting the last time slot available and let me know in the questionnaire what time you prefer. Once I review your booking I will follow up with the updated time.
After the session
After the session, please allow 3-4 weeks before receiving your images. Once they are ready, you will receive an email with a link to your online gallery. From there, you will be able to view and select your images. You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional images if you'd like.
All sessions require a $40 non-refundable retainer fee to reserve date. Remaining balance will be due at the session.
A travel fee may apply for sessions that take place outside of 20 miles from my studio (Tracy, CA)
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your images to be ready.
