Where are you located?
I am located in Tracy, CA.
What are your business hours?
I do sessions from Tuesday to Friday (on Mondays I work only on editing). Most of my sessions are done in the morning/noon time, except for my outdoor sessions, those are done during the golden hour (close to the sunset time). However, if you are not booking an outdoor session and need an afternoon session, you can book the latest time slot available and let me know through the booking questionnaire that you are needing an afternoon session and I will be glad to accommodate you!
How do I book my session with you?
All sessions are booked through this website. Simply look for PACKAGES at the top of the menu, select the type of session you are interested in booking, look for the BOOK button, a calendar will open up with availability. From there you will be able to select a date and time, fill out a questionnaire, sign contract and make payment for deposit (this $40 deposit goes towards the remaining
balance of your session).
What if I have to reschedule?
I require a 48 hour notice for rescheduling a session to avoid loosing the deposit.
How much is your traveling fee?
Traveling fee will depend on the distance of the location and any toll or entry fees is applicable.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash or Zelle
What is the price for a session at the Ranch?
My fee for the session is $240. However, this price does NOT include travel fees or ranch fees. I mainly work with the following ranch locations:
Weeping Willow Magical Ranch (Located in Manteca, CA). Please visit their website so you can see what they offer at their location and their fees. (There is no travel fee for this location as it is within my complementary travel limits).
West 12 Ranch Studio (Located in Lodi, CA). Please visit their website so you can see what they offer at their location and their fees. (There is a $50 travel fee for this location due to it's distance from me).
When will we get our photos?
My standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks after your session.
How many pictures will we receive?
The amount of images you receive will depend on the package you choose. However, additional images can be purchased after you receive access to your online gallery.
Can I receive my images unedited or RAW?
No. Unedited or RAW images are unfinished work and they do not represent me as a photographer.
