From the moment you see your baby for the first time through an ultrasound, it’s incredible how fast baby will continue to grow and change. Once baby arrives into your arms you will not stop admiring every single detail of your baby! My goal is to create lasting memories of your baby’s newborn stage so you can treasure them for a lifetime!
The sooner the better!
The best time to book your newborn session is during pregnancy. I highly suggest you book your session at least 1-2 months before your due date. I am sometimes booked out months ahead, so please book ahead of time to ensure a session date. The best time for a newborn session is when baby is between 7-15 days old. We go based on your due date, and book a date 7-15 days after your due date. Once booked, in case baby arrives early, contact me right away and I can accommodate you in for a sooner date.
Welcome
All newborn sessions take place in my home studio located in Tracy Ca., where I have a variety of props, wraps, headbands, bonnets, hats and outfits for baby. However, if you have something special or meaningful item you would like to incorporate into the session, you are welcome to bring it to your session. During the booking process you will have the opportunity to let me know if you have certain props (from my collection) or colors in mind for the setups.
Basic Newborn Session
$2501-1.5 Hour studio session
2-3 Set ups in the color of your choice

Additional images are $15 each

All sessions require a $40 non-refundable retainer fee. Remaining balance will be due at the session.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your images to be ready.
How to prepare for your newborn session:
Here are some of my suggestions to make the session more successful!
What to Bring:
If baby is bottle fed, make sure you bring extra bottles of formula and/or pumped breast milk. If baby takes pacifier, make sure you bring one, these come in very handy in keeping baby calm while I am posing/wrapping them. Consider bringing extra clothes for baby in case of a potty or feeding accident.
Baby Bath:
Bathe baby the night before the session. Many newborns will have flaky skin during those first few weeks of life and a nice warm bath will help loosen some of the flaky skin.
Awake:
If possible, try to keep baby awake at least 2 hour before the session. If baby is kept awake before the session, he/she will be more sleepy when you arrive to your session which can help us achieve more poses.
Comfy Clothe:
Bring baby dressed in comfortable clothes. Avoid tight clothing or any clothes that will create marks in the skin.
Lotions:
Baby lotion will help with flaky skin. I suggest you bring your baby's lotion in case it is needed. But please avoid baby oil.
